Carbon accounting software

Work out your business's CO₂ from the bills you already have.

Running a business is hard enough. Carbon reporting shouldn't add to it.

Upload your electricity, gas, fuel and delivery bills. Our AI reads them, a plain calculator works out your carbon dioxide (CO₂) using published, versioned emission factors, and you get a clear report with proof behind every figure — ready for whoever asks.

How it works, step by step.

From a pile of bills to a finished answer — in four steps.

1

Upload your bills

Drag in your electricity, gas, fuel and delivery bills — any format, any language. No typing anything into a spreadsheet.

2

We read them for you

The AI pulls out the numbers that matter — like how much electricity or fuel you used — and shows how sure it is about each one.

3

We do the math

A plain calculator (not AI) turns those numbers into your total CO₂, using published, versioned emission factors (DEFRA, Ember). The AI never makes a number up.

4

You get your answers

Answers ready to paste into your customer's form — plus a receipt for every number showing exactly which bill it came from.

This is what you actually get.

A clear report with your CO₂ split by source, and a receipt behind every single number.

Proof for every number

Every number shows its receipt.

Click any number in your report and see exactly how we got it: the bill it came from, the page, and the simple math. So when your customer's checker asks “where did this come from?”, you have a real answer — not a shrug.

Anything we're unsure about gets set aside for a human to check before it goes in your report. Best guesses are always labelled as guesses.

Your bills stay in the EU

Your documents are kept on servers in the EU, separate from every other company, and deleted whenever you ask. They are never used to train AI.

AI reads, a calculator does the math

The AI only reads your documents. Every CO₂ number is worked out by a plain calculator you can check — so the AI can't make one up.

No fake 'green' claims

We give you honest estimates for your customer's form, clearly labelled with how they were worked out. We will never stick a 'carbon neutral' badge on anything.

Ready to be checked

The proof behind every number — the bill, the page, the math — comes with every report, so you can stand behind your numbers without us in the room.

Fair questions.

Nobody here knows about this stuff. Can we still do it?+

Yes — that's the whole point. If you can find your electricity, gas, fuel and delivery bills, we handle the rest: reading them, doing the math, and putting the answers in the shape your customer's form wants.

Can the numbers be trusted?+

They're honest estimates worked out with published, versioned emission factors, and every figure links back to the exact bill it came from. They're not a formal audit — if your customer needs one of those, we'll point you to a partner who does it.

Our bills are in German / French / Italian…+

No problem. It reads documents in any EU language.

What if my customer uses their own weird spreadsheet?+

That's the most common case, and the one we handle best — a spreadsheet is the one thing we can hand straight back to you already filled in. For online forms like CDP (where there's no file to hand back), you get every answer lined up and ready to paste.

What happens to our data?+

Kept in the EU, separate from every other company, deleted whenever you ask, and never used to train AI. Bills show your costs and suppliers, so we treat them carefully.

Find out your number. It takes minutes.
